Standards

These are the standards that govern everything built under FIRA.

1. No Noise

Nothing is released to fill space, follow trends, or maintain visibility.
If it doesn’t meaningfully contribute, it doesn’t exist.

2. Intention Over Volume

Output is never a goal.
Every release must be deliberate, justified, and necessary.

3. Clarity Before Complexity

Complexity is not depth.
Tools are refined until their purpose is immediately clear.

4. Restraint Is a Design Choice

Features, options, and variations are never added by default.
Reduction is treated as progress.

5. Workflow Comes First

Tools must preserve focus and creative flow.
Anything that introduces friction, distraction, or decision paralysis is removed.

6. Longevity Over Immediacy

Nothing is designed for momentary impact.
Tools must remain useful, relevant, and returnable over time.

7. No Compromise on Craft

If a tool cannot meet the standard internally, it is not released externally.
There are no placeholders, rushed ideas, or unfinished work.

How these standards are applied

Every product at FIRA begins as a working tool, not a concept.
If it fails inside real projects, it doesn’t ship.
Standards are enforced through removal, not addition.

Standards are not aspirations. They are requirements.
